Improve "Import ... from file" with example files and / or format description

When I create a new checklist, I can import e.g. samples from a file or lipid classes from a file. However, within the wizard, there is no example or documentation of the expected format. It would be really helpful to a) provide an example file for download and / or b) to describe the format briefly.
