Are artifacts published anywhere?

A cursory look at build.gradle indicates that artifacts for this repository should be published to Maven Central, but I haven't found anything there.

Are there any public repositories where artifacts are being published to?

I'd be happy to help if that's not the case yet.

Not currently, no. I haven't been able to put in a lot of time in the Java client unfortunately, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
