Patch sbt-web call to SbtWeb.deduplicateMappings() #659
Description
PlayFramework currently has a build failure, due to the in-progress migration to sbt 2.0 and its dependence on paradox (which isn't cross-building right now). baseParadoxSettings calls sbt-web's SbtWeb.deduplicateMappings directly (here). Unfortunately with the latest version of the plugin that is cross-compatible with sbt 2.0, the signature has changed to also require a fileConverter for sbt 2.0.
The change is pretty small here. It just needs to update to a version of sbt that has xsbti.FileConverter. Then you can pass fileConverter.value in to the call to deduplicateMappings.
