Lightblue Consumer does seem to take ScheduledPollConsumer Options into consideration

I think we need to re-look at this consumer to make sure it is being implemented correctly. I think we should be using the PollingConsumer interface and then DefaultScheduledPollConsumer to wrap it in a ScheduledPollConsumer.
