[flake]: TestLightningTerminal/custom_channels_multi_rfq flake

This test was observed failing flakily in a CI run for #1542 under the LiT itests (custom_channels) job ([full log](https://github.com/lightninglabs/taproot-assets/actions/runs/19891610835/job/57011611586)), as well as in the same job for #1898 ([log](https://github.com/lightninglabs/taproot-assets/actions/runs/19913768812/job/57088136468?pr=1898)).
