SubscribeChannelGraph does not include all channel updates of the local node?

I just upgraded from 19.3 to 20.0 and noticed the following: When I update the channel policy on one of my channels (through cli or thunderhub UI), that change is not emitted in the ChannelGraph subscription. Is that intentional?

Hi @wereHamster, I just tested this locally on a v0.20.0-beta lnd node, and the channel policy update with lncli updatechanpolicy does get emitted with a subscription to the v1/graph/subscribe endpoint that I set up.

Could you potentially try this again and see if the issue still occurs for you?

If it does, could please provide more details to help me reproduce the issue such as:

1. The lncli updatechanpolicy command that you executed, with any sensitive information censored.
2. Your lnd.conf settings, with any sensitive information censored.
