I'm unable to receive the "Forgot Password" email when attempting to reset my password. Despite clicking the "Forgot Password" option, no email is sent to my address ([email protected]).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to the login page.
- Click on "Forgot Password."
- Enter the email address ([email protected]) and submit.
- Check the inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a reset email.
- Expected Behavior:
- An email containing the password reset instructions should be sent to [email protected].
Actual Behavior:
No password reset email is received.
Additional Information:
I have verified that my email address is correct and checked my spam/junk folders.
