chore: Remove outdated documentation files and update workspace settings

- Deleted `Copilot-Processing.md`, `DOCS.md`, `GEMINI.md`, and `GPT.md` as part of documentation consolidation.
- Updated `github.code-workspace` to disable delete confirmation in the explorer for improved workflow efficiency.
