Update theme.json with New Block Support Added in WordPress 6.7

Objective:
Enhance the LSX Design theme by updating the theme.json file to include the latest block support features introduced in WordPress 6.7.

Tasks:

1. Group Block (core/group)

   • Add support for shadow styling.

2. Column Block (core/column)

   • Enable border-radius support for improved design flexibility.

3. Quote Block (core/quote)

   • Add support for borders, spacing, background images, and minimum height.

4. Post Content Block (core/post-content)

   • Add background image and padding support for enhanced visual control.
