ImportError: libcublas.so.8.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

There is a dependency issue tensorflow 1.1.0 is deprecated. I am currently using Ubuntu 20.04 and cuda 8 is not supported for ubuntu 20.04. Can you please suggest any way out from this error?
