US1: In the admin panel I want to create a resource

US2: In the admin panel I want to be able to CRUD admins of a resource

US3 in the admin panel I want to delete a resource.

Technical discussion are to be done prior work to start on this topic.

Personnal opinion: it would be GREAT to have functional administration implemented as an intent, served by the admin panel.

What is the meaning of “admin panel”?
Does it mean calling the calendar-webadmin API endpoints?
Or does it mean using calendar-rest-api with added authorization logic?

About database, It looks like we already coverage this case

we already have a domain admin management feature through the domains.administrators collection.
also already have a resources.administrators collection to manage resource admins.
