add option to filter out objects that don't fall within the image

if a found object in a conesearch falls outside of the main image dimmensions we might want to have an option to not show those to the user.

We'll make it an option because some scientists (especially those that study active objects) might want to look for coma of objects that might not necessarily fall completely within the image.
