Ensemble.info() should provide info on all dataframes or be removed

Currently Ensemble.info() prints out the memory usage and schemas for both the object and source table.

Now that an Ensemble can store additional frames, it should have an option, probably True by default, to print out information for all frames tracked by the Ensemble.
