heroku apache compile instructions in need of update?

FYI guys, on working through the pushstate steps, on running the one off dyno and downloading apache, /app/apache/bin/apxs does not exist (there's no apache directory at all).

I'm working on compiling it locally, but thought the instructions might be updated unless i'm missing something dumb.

Well that's disappointing. I know I personally haven't set up pushState with heroku before. Maybe @davemo?
