Adaptive icon in Nextcloud style

Dear @damikael,

i would like to offer you the implementation of a Nextcloud style adaptive icon.

If you are interested i need a svg (or vector drawable) version of the current icon (the foreground is enough).

It would look like this (of course keeping your app foreground ;) )

Also i would like to change

cloudgallery/app/App_Resources/Android/values/colors.xml

Line 5 in f7ad251

<color name="ns_accent">#33B5E5</color>

into #0082C9 to match the overall Nextcloud design.

Nextcloud updated the background layer in the meantime.
