Changing or removing language tag from subtitles filename

Could it be possible to add changing or removing language tag from subtitles.
I have Kometa configured to add "AI translated" label for "ar" subtitles.
If I translate for italian for example and use add tag option I get "movie.it.ar.srt" file which is still visible as italian. "movie.ar.srt" would be perfect.
