Usage of Train_Normal data

In the code you have just used Train_Tumor images and their masks. I wonder why don't you have employed normal images.

I have trained on all the data including the normal data. Just apply the TxtMaker to the normal data and you can get the fast fetching table of them.

Thanks for your response. In TxtMaker you have specified "avg_list" which I couldn't understand how you have got the values and why do we need this array?

"avg_list" is a repository of the general colour distributions of tissue areas. Refer to this repository, we can judge whether a patch belongs to tissue areas.
