an editor can either choose to use concepts/enrichments from the list of autogenerated ones OR create new concepts/enrichments to be linked with annotations made by the editor.
In both cases the ontology must be able to mark concepts/enrichments with provenance information relating to the ET.
The suggestion was to use 'http://data.linkedtv.eu/organization/SV/EditorTool' as the provenance URI.
Please note that it is important that also single enrichments can be approved by an editor. It's important that it's possible to query for only the concepts/enrichments that were approved by the editor. (I add this note, because currently I only see provenance information on the annotation level only)
