Linkerd tap not working

Hello, I'm trying to install Linkerd latest stable version but noticed that tap feature is working, viz extension is installed in its own namespace with external prometheus enabled.

I ran the viz check command and it's never giving a good output, the command keeps running with the following output:

E0213 07:19:56.925201 14367 portforward.go:400] an error occurred forwarding 57958 -> 8085: error forwarding port 8085 to pod <pod id>, uid : failed to execute portforward in network namespace "/var/run/netns/<netns id>": read tcp4 127.0.0.1:41420->127.0.0.1:8085: read: connection reset by peer

Also checked tap logs and here's the logs:

level=error msg="[<ip>] encountered an error: rpc error: code = Unauthenticated desc = Unauthorized client"

Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance!

I updated my CLI and now viz check is working fine, but still tap is not working..
