Unable to view traces in linkerd or Jaeger dashboard

Hello,

We have been trying to implement enabling distributed tracing feature for our application, but we are not able to see traces after configuring Jaeger extension. We followed all the steps mentioned in Linkerd Web Site(https://linkerd.io/2.11/tasks/distributed-tracing/#bring-your-own-jaeger).
