src, scripts, targets directories

Do you want to add a src/scripts, src/lib directory for code? Or perhaps src/code ... not sure what the best naming conventions is. Although it might be best to not do this and let the user make this choice on a project basis.

Do you want to place the top level target directory hold the csv, graphql, jsonschema, etc. directories?
