Somewhere in May I think webGPU started to be able in default chrome!! good news!

The most important todos are written in the main tissue.ts file, the most important ones is to clean everything for setting a new baseline with cell and tissue functioning and getting the most of the gpu we are using without default constrains, make the 3D and add the plot a node Vm of maybe whatever I select.
