README.md docker instructions are out of date

Please update the README.md Quickstart section 1.1c "Using Gazebo Simulation in a Docker Container" to reflect the recent changes in docker compose files. It should tell the user how to do the things you can do if running on a native install, such as launching simulation. Please also check that the docker build instructions in "Installation" section 4 are correct.

@grassjelly can you please write a few words in this issue about how you're supposed to use sim.yaml. I know enough about docker-compose to update the README docker section for use cases involving its sections, but I can't find on the web how you would invoke what's in sim.yaml

hey @PaulBouchier . It's actually a tmux configuration, alternatively you can use https://github.com/grassjelly/eztmux to spawn it.

cd docker
eztmux sim.yaml

tmux looks a lot like terminator, based on a quick skim of the Getting Started page.
