when i run ros code ros2 launch linorobot2_bringup bringup.launch.py but it publisher

It looks to me like your robot microcontroller is not connecting to your robot computer where you are running bringup.launch.py. Both the lidar receiver node is not working and the micro-ros agent is not getting messages from the microcontroller.

Please check the wiki at https://github.com/hippo5329/linorobot2_hardware/wiki, which has excellent instructions for starting up linorobot2. Especially test step 2.: Test micro-ROS agent connection before wiring and building the robot.

Under "Install software tools the wiki links to https://github.com/hippo5329/linorobot2_hardware/wiki#test-micro-ros-agent-connection-before-wiring-and-building-the-robots---recommended, which has you install micro-ros and get it talking to your microcontroller before you try and make lidar and motors etc work.
