defconfig: add linux-radix-tree-kpd symlink

Following the logic of the previous patch, also add a symlink to the linux-radix-tree-kpd defconfig so we can automate testing for the radix tree with a shared repository for github actions for KPD as when we test with Linux kernel modules. Signed-off-by: Luis Chamberlain <[email protected]>
