Replace AppImage artifcat with the static build artifact

The AppImage build started to fail because of broken dependencies. Let's replace this with the static build artifact which is way simpler to handle from our side.

It seems the failure caused by the download failure and also actually the link below failed to open as page not found so looks not related the build failure to the dynamic build.

All builds fail because the container has been removed. I tried to replace it with a newer image but found out that all the AppImage actions are highly complex with a lot of dependencies. Last time I spend way to much time to setup this workflow. The reason why we have the AppImage workflow is to provide a standalone binary for testing. Now that the static builds works fine, we are able to drop AppImage and just provide the static build binary. This simplifies the setup considerable and avoids these huge dependency chains.
