elasticsearch 7.17.10 needed

Trying to change the dockerfile from 7.17.7 to 10 failed. The build ended with an error:
error: x-pack/plugin/ml/build.gradle: patch does not apply

The provided patch for 7.17.7 seems nor to work with .10.

Hello,

The patches usually do not work across versions. You could look at the changes made in .7 and manually apply the same for .10. This may or may not work.
