Performance Enhancement - Use TEST DATA CLASS INSTRUCTION for floating point functions in the math library

For checking the special cases the TEST DATA CLASS INSTRUCTION should be faster than comparing against several constants. Can compare for several special cases at once.

Is there anywhere specific you think we should be using TEST DATA CLASS? The math package assembly?

The dim_s390x would be a good place to start. May also be helpful for floor. Pretty much any place where you need to check for NaN or Inf as a special case it can be useful.
