Is the patch introduced in 1.8.2 no longer needed for >1.8.x versions (i.e., newer 1.x releases) ?

Hello, The patch is required for 1.x version. Please note that we have not tested the same patch for the higher 1.x version. You could try building using the patch. This patch is not required for 2.x versions

One other request please... when commiting updates of new versions of tools, can you please include the tool name in the commit message. Right now, the commit msg only shows the version; so it's hard to keep track of via RSS.
