Mistakenly removed deepin-immutable-ctl

I tried installing a .deb file and it removed deepin-immutable-ctl package. Now I can't install anything using apt or dpkg; not even the deepin-immutable-ctl package itself. Is there any way to manually install and fix it?

Ok, I found the solution. I am posting it here in case someone else gets into the same issue.

1. Use the command sudo deepin-immutable-writable enable -a to make directories writable.
2. Reboot.
3. You can now use apt or dpkg to install 'deepin-immutable-ctl' and other packages if necessary.
