Cannot specify which screen is digitizer

The screen touch zone/active digitizer zone is streched to multiple monitors while only one monitor is the actual touch screen/digitizer.

This makes digitizer completely unusable UNLESS operates in screen mirror mode.

Oh and don't forget we have the #2921 screen scaling issue. These two issues together makes a multi-monitor, multi-DPI, single touch screen/digitizer setup unusable. This issue has been reported in BBS since reception of Deepin 20.
