Save the icons location/position at the Plugin Area

I noticed a pretty cool feature is that I can move third party applications outside the Plugin Area/System Tray and it shows up always. There's a GIF showing this feature live:

But when I restart the system, I have to drag the app outside of the Plugin Area again for it to be always visible. It would be great if Deepin remebers the applications moved outside the Plugin Area and always show it outside until we move it inside the Plugin Area again.
