This issue to implement the changes for screens []1 and []2

For []1 the Google form to gather CLA Admin information is located here
Please be careful to provide editable link in the table to [Sign CLA and Whitelist]
"FIND Company" button has been renamed to "Request CLA Admin Access"

For []2 the button "New CLA" will be renamed to "Sign New CLA"
In the table on this screen provide clickability on Project Name so that user knows to click on it and go to the next screen. Also provide ability to click and manage whitelist. Give a new column called "Pending Request" to give a count of pending requests.

AC 1: Visuals match the new screen changes
AC 2: All the buttons open correct links
AC 3: For a user who doesn't have gmail and is not logged in to google, the google form collects information and sends change notification to the email notified in that form.

[] CLA Manager Onboarding form needs to be changed as follows.
Changes on the CLA Manager onboarding form

1. Email Address should be Corporate Email Address
2. Remove the question, "Are you the only Corporate CLA Admin"
3. Add the question Please provide a reason for the request? where users can type in reason
4. First name should be Full name
5. Prefill email, LFID and Name. LFID is readonly
