Figure out why we can’t pick page parents from the list who are in draft mode

@meganelizabethphillips It turns out none of the normal workarounds for this work with Gutenberg. We just have to use the Nested Pages way of creating the page hierarchy for now.

One bit of good news, when you clone a full Event, it will come with all the pages already arranged in hierarchy.
