Registration

In the recommended mode of operation, a mod should register it's buttons with the ToolbarController either before or when the MainMenu has been reached.

NameSpace - Namespace of the mod, used both by the registration code and internally by the Blizzy toolbar DisplayName - Name of the mod for display purposes, if not specified will default to the same as the NameSpace useBlizzy - Used the first time a mod is registered useStock - Used the first time a mod is registered NoneAllowed - Specifies whether both buttons can be hidden
