Accessing Nextcloud and reverse proxy from within local net

Hi, guys! Thank you so much for this tutorial. It was incredibly helpful.

I can access my nextcloud server from my public ddns, but what if I want to access it from within my localnetwork. I would like, for exmple, to open it from localhost, or from another computer in my network pointing to the server (192.168.1.149)
