Bug description

This bug has annoyed me for many years, but until now it could be "fixed" by pressing F5 a couple of times.
It usually happens, when an image viewer creates thumbnails with a different size than Nemo uses.
But now it suddenly always happens, when the original image is 128x128 and no amount of pressing F5 helps.

Steps to reproduce

Create thumbnails with different resolution than Nemo uses to create them.

Expected behavior

Thumbnails displayed in the correct size.

Just noticed it's also happening with images smaller than 128x128
