Bug description
When running Wayland, using right-click to drag a file within Nemo does not work. It only opens the context menu.
Steps to reproduce
Open Nemo. Right click and hold. Context menu appears.
Expected behavior
When right clicking, expect to drag and receive a context menu based on where file was dropped.
