Ping Service - Disabled Status

As a feature, it'd be nice to set status check against some of the tiles.
For example, my Home Lab runs Docker, and one of my containers is Node Red.

The idea is that I could set an endpoint to check and an interval. It'd make a request to that endpoint, and if it doesn't respond, set the tile to be greyed out so its clear from the Heimdall page what service is active and what is not
