HTTP 500 on Item creation

Steps to reproduce:

• Add Item
• Url: https://pdf.serpensin.com and Go
• Select favicon.svg
• Remove - The Privacy First PDF Toolkit from Application Name
• Add The Privacy First PDF Toolkit in description
• SAVE

This results in a 500 error. But I don't get any error in docker, nor in the browser console (besides POST http://192.168.178.2:49154/items 500 (Internal Server Error)).

I always use the newest linuxserver/heimdall:latest with automatic update.
