Planning upgrade to Node 24 and Alpine 3.23

Wanted change

Hey folks - I'm considering updating Manyfold to use Node 24, which in turn means it needs to use Alpine 3.23, at least in my Docker build. If I make that change, how badly would that screw things up over here? I don't want to dump a load of work on you without any warning...

We've already got our 3.23 bases in place so it's not a big deal to rebase the image, we just need to know when and any other changes that are needed.

I've made the change in manyfold3d/manyfold#5320, and it's looking fine in production, so unless there are any showstoppers, the next release will be on Alpine 3.23 (and therefore Node 24). I'll hold off doing that release until you're updated too though.

Oh, I've also update to Ruby 3.4.8, though I don't know if you need to change anything for that?

PR build will quite likely fail as it will use the latest release rather than HEAD but it should be ready to go when you publish the release.
