Wanted change

I would like an option to use jellyseerr instead overseerr. Jellyseerr is a fork of overseerr that supports jellyfin and plex. I think they are similar enough that just changing the repo when you build the image could make it work.

Reason for change

To support people who want to use jellyfin only instead of just plex

Proposed code change

Add an arg to the dockerfile to change which repo is used to build the image. Then adding a docker-bake.hcl to build one image for overseerr and one for jellyseerr and tagging them appropriately.

I don't believe this is something we plan to do (I believe their own container is fine). If we were going to add this, we'd make a fresh container.

How about now that the two teams have merged to make Seerr? Will that continue to be supported?
