[FEAT] Multiple users to request/be notified of an item.

Wanted change

I think it would be a handy idea to have the abillity once an item is requested from user, other users can then click a "Notify Me"/"Get Notified" option that will add them to the notification email sent out to them aswell.

Sorry if this is a double up but I could not find another issue on here.

Reason for change

When someone request something, only the person that makes the initial request can get notified (plus the owner if they selected it). This would help show interest on specific items and make people aware of it too.
