[BUG] All requests appear to be actioned but status still shows a number of pending requests

Current Behavior

This is pretty much a copy from the official overseer github, but here we go:

So pretty much what the title says. Despite my attempt to filter out any pending, failed, unavailable positions, still 2 requests are pending but nowhere to tell which these are and who requested them.
Is there any way of flushing this sttus as it appears to be bugged? My OCD is boiling when I see these 2 without being able to remove these. I don't want to resolve to drastic measures of complete uinstall and reinstall the container. Thanks

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior would be to not show any pending requests when there aren't any.

Steps To Reproduce

Nothing to reporoduce really, the status with 2 pending requests has been there since early install of the container.

Environment

- OS: Unraid
- How docker service was installed: through unraid 'app store'

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

no 'command' was used, it was all automated install via unraid 'app store' gui

Container logs

Nothing unordinary in logs really.
