Wanted change

Selkies rebase or alternative image.

Reason for change

I think Selkies instead of KasmVNC would provide a better, snappier remote experience, as observed with the newer "webtop" images when comparing the two.

Just to expand I am doing the ones that make sense first this one is in the primary category, if an app is mostly static content jpeg delivery is honestly better as you do not get the legibility issues with YUV colorspace. I made a 4:4:4 mode for this but it is not compatible with many clients. But yes remote desktop app falls into the potential high motion category.
