[BUG] Download speed result is different from real value (obtained from same server as the one configured)

Current Behavior

Basically the title, I am getting an alert that the download speed is below my desired threshold, however when I go to manually test the speed in the server I had set up I get a correct (higher) value for the speed.

Expected Behavior

The download speed should match the one from the manual server and I should not receive a notification.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Just go and run a manual speed test. After waiting for the result to be ready I see the speed is below the real one.

I notice this only happens for manual runs. The scheduled ones have the correct speed:
