[BUG] No notifications after configuring Apprise

Current Behavior

After I configured Apprise, I don't receive any NTYFY notification after a manual speed test (automatic works).
I clicked Test Apprise button and the NTFY notification is sent and received by my phone.

Am I missing something?

Expected Behavior

NTFY notification is sent through Apprise and received by my phone

Steps To Reproduce

1. Configure Apprise and NTFY
2. Click Test Apprise button
3. Notification is received
4. Run a speedtest
5. No notification received

- OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (Noble Numbat) x86_64
- How docker service was installed: Official docker install procedure

same.apprise and pushover here. test works and I receive notification from the pushover app but nothing when I do speedtests

Also I noticed that markdown text is sent to NTFY as plain.
So I see markdown format in the notification.
I found no way to disable markdown, so the experience is not equal to direct NTFY notification.
Disappointing....
