Dear developers, I have a special use case where I load a Webtop image as a system image of the Docker In Dock environment, that is, I enter the interior of the Webtop container, and it becomes my system. So, I'm not using docker run to start a remote desktop service. But I can't find a specific startup script, can you package a startup script into an image for users of Docker In Docker environment?

I think we might have a language barrier here I do not follow what you are trying to achieve?

Keep the explanation dead simple, commands would be helpful I think I understand that you are running a DinD layer, and then you want to run the webtop inside of it ? That would be identical to running it on a server

docker run --rm -it -p 3001:3001 --shm-size=1gb -e LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8 -p 3001:3001 linuxserver/webtop bash

Also webtops support DinD IE:

docker run --rm -it -p 3001:3001 --privileged --shm-size=1gb -e LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8 -p 3001:3001 linuxserver/webtop bash

Docker will be available inside the webtop

Are you using webtop to install code-server? Why not use our code-server image? https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-code-server
It has tons of mods including a dind mod. And you can install whatever os package you like with the universal package install mod.

This does not need to be specified #CMD ["How Could I Start Webtop Service?"] it is in the baseimage here we use S6 init https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-baseimage-ubuntu/blob/noble/Dockerfile#L163

It looks like this lacks the ability to forward a port that is your main hurdle how will you expose 3001 and actually access it ?

I am fairly confident these services do not expose ports they are meant to be development environments (cli access). If I am wrong let me know.
