omx pipeline symbol lookup error.

pidvbip fails to setup omx pipeline.

symbol lookup error: /opt/vc/lib/libopenmaxil.so: undefined symbol: sem_getvalue, version GLIBC_2.4

Edit:
It would appear that this is caused by not having the video codec license keys and/or gpu_mem < 128.
