Closing an ephemeral bottle removes the `data` directory of the Lite XL install on Windows 10

When an ephemeral bottle is deleted, lpm (1.4.0) seems to delete the content of the linked data dir.

I guess this is related to #131, which should be fixed, but it looks like it's still an issue on Windows.

In any case, what's deleting a symlink shouldn't recourse inside it, but just delete the link itself.
